Welcome to the new Casa del Sol website. The Casa del Sol site is going public to promote quality senior living in our community. A new members only page has been added to the site. This will be accessable only to homeowners within the Casa Community. To access the members only page, click on the page. A screen will appear asking to register with a user name and password. When completed, it will be reviewed for proof of ownership within the community and an email will be sent granting access. Watch for new and exciting features on the new site as we grow. Welcome Home
The Casa del Sol Community is a 55 and older restricted deed, no pets community located in the City of Zephyrhills in Pasco County. Off State Highway 54 Casa del Sol is approximately 8 miles east of US Route 75 and approximately 3 miles west of the center of Zephyrhills. The Community is in close proximity to many retail outlets, community resources, medical facilities and government agencies. Built in the 1980s, the community consist of 170 manufactured homes in a developement with 1 outlet. All homeowners have deeded property with a common deed for the common areas. The community is a self governed association with yearly dues to maintain the common areas. The community is proud of the support by its entire membership in keeping the common areas maintained and up to date through their yearly dues and their volunteer work. The common areas consist of shuffle board courts, a solar heated year round pool and a large clubhouse used for a variety of activities for members and their guests.
Activities
Casa del Sol is an active community enjoying swimming, shuffleboard, weekly bingo, a verity of card games, biweekly group movies, holiday parties and much more
Casa del Sol Activities Club offers homeowner a host of monthly activities.
One activity is the Wednesday morning coffee hour where homeowners can meet, enjoy coffee, snacks and pleasant conversation with other members.
One Wednesday every month is dedicated to celabration of birthdays and anniversaries. Also one Wednesday is dedicated to an activities club business meeting to discuss upcoming events.

Casa del Sol homeowners take care of business
Volunteers under the direction of the Casa president clean, trim and refresh the beds with fresh mulch while others clean the pool furniture. Thanks to all that helped
