Casa del Sol is a 55 and older restricted community and does not allow pets.
All houses and property are privately owned with private deeds on county roads.
The community is a Home Owners Association community with annual dues.
The community has a common area with clubhouse, shuffleboard court, and a heated swimming pool. All are available to homeowners.
The community is governed by HOA covenants and bylaws. A copy of the covenants and bylaws along with member information Is provided to all prospective new owners at a pre purchase meeting prior to the closing. Because of the 55 and older restricted deed new owners are required to fill out a Florida state HUD information form. Homeowners are also required to sign pre purchase agreements stating that they have read and agreed to the covenants and bylaws.
